Genuine MOPAR part but it's much smaller...
Genuine MOPAR part but it's much smaller than I imagined. Would be good for emergency use but you have to pour carefully. Best use would be for small volume pours like fuel additive.

It pays to read the forums and shop around
1 of 1 found this helpful I recently purchased a Kawasaki Versys 650 LT. Kawasaki offers a number of great accessories for this bike, but they are pricey. I wanted to add the 12V power outlet, but the recommended Versys accessory lists at $89.95 and is never discounted anywhere. This power outlet and relay for the Vulcan S 650 fits the Versys perfectly and saved me about 60%. I wish I could take credit for this discovery, but I stumbled upon it in reading one of the Versys owners online forums. I can't understand how Kawasaki can charge so much more for the recommended Versys accessory when it actually has fewer parts (just the outlet and the relay). The Vulcan S part contains several metal brackets and related hardware that are not needed to install on the Versys.

Riding jeans that fit
I looked at a number of other more popular riding jeans before buying the Oxford SP-J2's. The others were not true to size (either too tight in the waist or too long). The Oxfords seem to fit as labeled (I bought 36 x 31). I normally wear a 29 or 30 inch inseam and the Oxford 31 inch inseam is just about perfect for riding. The knee pads fall at the right position when seated and the legs aren't ridiculously long when standing. I like the fact that knee armor is included and hip armor is available for about $10 more (plus international shipping). I wish the jeans and hip armor were more readily available in the U.S. I do have a few nits. The denim seems thin (but no worse than other brands) and the lighter color of the aramid panels seems to "bleed through" the blue denim. You can actually see this in the stock photos. Not terrible, but it gives a faded jeans effect in the thigh area.
