Best earpiece I've used so far.
It's very easy to use and connects quickly with the phone. Most of the time, the reception is good, but I have had people complain that I seem like I'm talking in a tunnel. This is my 3rd Elite Flip. First one was lost, The boom failed on the 2nd one, and I just got the 3rd one. This one seems to lose its connection to the phone sometimes. The jury is out on it. I'm hoping that's an aberration.
