  A CPU... 'any' CPU... should be put in static protective shipping. This CPU was wrapped in a brown fast food paper napkin and surrounded in plastic bag.. the kind that produces static electricity when rubbed (as would happen in shipping). I cannot believe the CPU actually worked after being shipped like that. Good thing since seller has 'no returns' on it.

  Hey, we just saw this but we typically ship them in a plastic foam clam shell and then drop that in a small anti static bag just for extra insurance. We had someone new helping out around the holidays and I'm guessing that was them that shipped it. We apologize and we would always accept a return if something was defective. Thanks!
