An excellent potentiometer for remote control.

This is a current model of the latest motorized Alps pot but at a reduced impedance of 50k rather than the 100k version which is the only thing available from commercial suppliers. Lower impedance will reduce noise on audio control systems. These are new pots and work perfectly.

Top of the line tone arm

Linn has made tone arms for decades to go with their venerable LP12 turntables. These tables have been upgraded continuously over the years and so have the tone arms. This Ekos 2 (the immediate predecessor to the current model) is just superb from every aspect. I upgraded from a Linn Ittok model and the Ekos kept all the musicality and bass response while smoothing out the known tizziness of the Ittok. I have since re-listened to all my favorite vinyl cuts and reveled in the cleaner sound and ability to turn the volume up without getting ear fatigue. While expensive, this arm is absolutely worth it if you're a serious hifi nut like me.
