  This was the trickiest purchase I've made on-line. The seller had to answers a couple of questions, delay shipping until I was in town, and pack 4 place settings of dinnerware to arrive intact. This seller went above and beyond! They answered my questions within a few hours, waited to ship and packed the dishes perfectly. Most of the packing material is recyclable.
