Dried out
The lotion was dried out and crumbly upon arrival.

Just as advertised
I'm always cautious when buying previously used electronics. Although this was a demo model, the potential for disappointment was still high. When I received the item is was wrapped carefully and had very little noticeable usage. The only sign was some scuffs on the back which are covered by the case. You guys are great!
