Norton 360 Deluxe 2020 Antivirus software for 5 Users UK by Post

Had problems installing Norton 360, asked Norton technical support. A chap took over the computer and said that my Microsoft office 2013 is incompatible with Norton 360 and asked me to buy office 2019 for £99.00 today only. I refused and reinstalled at the second attempt without difficulty. All works very well now The technical support person is absolutely clueless and trying to promote sale of Microsoft office Disgusting technical support from Norton. I would not recommend contacting support because it is useless I had Bitdefender last year and it is flow less Norton 360 on my MacBook Pro made the computer unstable and it kept crashing. Dr. S S
