High quality material that is easy to work with. Flexible and thin with uniform characteristics throughout. In some cases it is better than the original.

E39 filter adapter for the Leica 40mm Summicron.
The 40 Summicron is a small package but performs like it bigger brothers. As a result, it is gaining popularity among all types of shooters from street to landscape. But attaching any light modifier to it is a problem. The lens has a series 5.5 filter thread and nobody makes this size filter or step up ring. Along comes this adapter to convert to standard E39 filters. A popular size in the Leica M photo sphere. A sizel also used on a lot of high quality screw mount lenses. From here you can adapt to other size filters or optical modifiers.
The overall quality is top notch and the knurling even matches Leitz filters. It looks and feels like it belongs on the lens.
