Disappointed.
1 of 1 found this helpful Within two hours of receiving this product, the retracting mechanism was failing to retract. Soon after, the locking mechanism failed as well. You could simply pull the cable right out of the locked position. While it looks cute, easy to carry, the performance and durability falls short. Wound up tossing it in the corner trashcan. will not even bother sending it back to vendor and going through the packaging and mailing process. Just not worth the time. Will take the $13 loss and waste of time as a lesson. Master Lock ... how could you put out a product like this??? I am thinking now, that perhaps we could have did a youtube video of the defaults. But, that would be more time wasted. Very Disappointing.
As for the vendor, it was shipped as agreed.
