Excellent Financial/Mortgage Calculator

This is the Gold Standard of Financial Calculators in the mortgage business. It is my third one...I guess other people like it too because if you leave it around, it might disappear. Once you understand how it works, it becomes second nature. You can amortize, compute future values, depreciate, compound interest or figure out the day of the week someone was born. Be prepared to practice using it as it does not work like a regular calculator. Again, once you practice with it, it becomes second nature.
