Good, but...

This monitor works fine, but the display is backwards. When you put it on your finger, the display is up-side down, not a huge problem, just turn your hand and read it, however the design is not well-thought-out. Otherwise, the monitor works well and seems to be accurate.

Great for the price point.

Its not quiet because I have the fan running at 2700 rpm otherwise it probably would be quite. Other than that its working much better than the stock factory heat sink/fan.
