Waste of money

The backup valve that I received did not work. My pool guy took a look and noticed that the valve felt lighter than it should. He pointed out that you could see right through the valve and there were no internal parts. Unfortunately the valve was mistakenly thrown away so I couldn't even return it for a refund. Complete waste of money for a valve shell that had no internal parts. No wonder it didn't work!
