Although included in photos, and there was no mention on the description, rubber loops that keep the earphones in your ears, were actually missing, making them unusable as they keep falling from the ear. I've sent multiple messages since delivery, but seller keeps ignoring them and does not reply. Finally, the postage cost written by the post office on the package, does not reflect the postage seller charged me.
