The title describes the content of the book!
This book is in my personal collection of cookbooks and I've had it since it was published. I have many young cook friends just starting to put dinner parties together and this helps them.

Everyone who is a serious cook, should have this book!
This was given to a friend as a gift, therefore I can't speak to the condition of the book. I have the book and I know it's a great reference book for any cook!
