I contacted seller about the damage & a replacement item was sent, this time wrapped in bubble wrap & again sent in plastic post satchel. Second item arrived undamaged but its plastic display box was dinted from being squashed by Australia Post in delivery. I highly recommend seller stops posting fragile items in plastic satchel bags in future. Too late to return #2 as Xmas gift.
