1 of 1 found this helpful Ordered one base and 2 handsets. Easy to set up, sound quality good, but not great and the handset is comfortable. One cradle came in defective and Vtech was good in replacing the whole set even though I only needed the cradle. I originally called the actual shipper 3 times before he called back. Then he shipped me the cradle reasonably quickly. One design flaw is that the red charging light stays lit all the time and doesn't turn to green to let you know that the handset is fully charged. This is particularly irksome if the handset has run down the battery and you don't know whether you can have a complete conversation before the handset shuts down.

hose reel
good value and decent quality. difficult to assemble and instructions are poor. In spite of this I would buy again.
