This is the actual Respironics power supply, more expensive than the cheap knock-offs, but it works!
I wanted to find a power supply for a lower price, but all the less expensive ones I found were fakes that may or may not power your CPAP or BiPAP. When I plugged this in and the blue lights powered up and stayed on, I was happy I paid just a bit more.

Excellent sound (no wavy volume levels) Unabridged. Great Reader
I thought I would have to live with an abridged version, or with an audio download I bought that had horrible UP and down, UP and down volume. I wondered if a good copy had ever been produced.
It has! This is it! I bought this from bargainbookstores on ebay and it is GREAT!
