They really work and are good value
These kind of pads are widely used in Japan and for good reason they work well to deal with muscle and arthritis pain. Buying them directly from Japan is very cost effective and they only take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive, so if you plan ahead you can have them as and when you need them.

It is the best treatment for my IBS
I have tried other medications but this is best for my symptoms and it makes it a lot more manageable
