Waiting to see what happens
7 of 7 found this helpful Brought this cainsaw. After two tanks of petrol all of the bar oil leaking out of adjustment screw. Can not use it with a dry chain. Going through the painful process of sending it back to them. I hope after all the effort I have gone through to get what I paid for they honour the warranty without issue. Sending back chainsaws via post is a real pain in the you know what. Will update the outcome.

Charger not working
14 of 16 found this helpful Brought this jumper only to find out the charger does not work. Spoke to them and they told me to send a video of the problem....just a stupid idea. I shouldn't have to send a video of the charger not working properly. The red light on the charger/adapter doesn't come on when plugged in. Could just be it is fully charge but seller had no idea. I hope they resolve it and either give me the correct advice or send a new charger. Sending videos of a red light on a charger is just dumb.
