Unfortunately I Received a Damaged Waterpik
1 of 1 found this helpful The removable clear section of the Waterpik which houses the water is damaged and can not hold water since there is a hole along the seam. I purchased this as a Christmas gift and was embarrassed when she called me two days ago to tell me she opened the box to use it for the first time and explained it's condition. She felt awkward telling me it was damaged and she was hesitant to call me about it. I just picked up the Waterpik from her after work today, so it is now back in my possession. I do not recall the box being damaged during shipping. You can put your fingernail into the space where the seam is and where the water is coming out. It is possible that it is a production flaw. I did not want to answer the "Tell Us More" section because I personally use a Waterpik and I always recommend them to others. The price I paid was fair if the item was not in this damaged condition. Only a couple of months ago, I purchased a new Waterpik for myself since my former Waterpik was getting old and was no longer as powerful as it was when I purchased it.
