Easy set up
2 of 2 found this helpful Set up is so easy with this! I plugged it in to my Windows 7 PC and it recognized it right away. My recording program, Reaper, found the Focusrite so I plugged in a condenser mic, turned the phantom power on and started recording.
The sound on this unit is superb compared to the outboard mixer I had been using on the line in on my soundcard. The preamps on the focusrite are sooo so quiet. I am extremely happy with this! Great value for the money and would recommend it to beginners as well as experienced home recording enthusiasts.
