Perfect starter mount for engines on stand.
This is a perfect fit for my "just rebuilt" '03 Expedition 5.4 liter Triton engine. Although I have not yet cranked the engine, I do have the starter mounted and ready for oil pressure and compression testing after I complete a few more details. All of the bolt holes lined up, the hole for the bell housing guide bushing was snug as it should be, and the plate is solid 1/4" thick steel, so I'm very confident it will easily handle the starter forces. As an engineer I highly recommend this plate.

Excellent tire pressure sensor
The battery died in one of my '04 Acura MDX tire pressure sensors at about the same time I was shopping for new tires. I normally try to stay with OEM parts for critical applications, but shop the internet to avoid local dealer pricing. I found these exact factory sensors through a non-Honda outlet and bought 4 of them at the greatly discounted price of $35 each. Although they are not the latest part number, they are just one generation back, and I expect the battery life will still be sufficient to get me to the next tire change. I had them installed with the new tires at an independent shop owned by an ex-Honda technician where they programmed everything, tested the TPMS system, and they have been working perfectly since being installed a month ago. I think they're a great deal at this price.

Great replacement transmission pan with drain plug.
My '03 Expedition 5.4 liter Eddie Bauer 4wd had a transmission leak when I recently purchased it and a brand new OEM gasket failed to correct the leak. I replaced the pan with this one a couple of days ago, using the same new (reusable) gasket, properly torqued the bolts to 10 ft lbs, and everything now appears to be leak free. Unlike the poorly designed OEM pan this one actually has a drain plug so I can change the fluid in the future without taking a bath in fluid. It is a good quality pan. I measured the thickness with micrometers and this pan is just as thick as the OEM pan. Perfect solution to a poor OEM design!
