Looks pretty, but let down by it's poor quality electronic's
0 of 1 found this helpful This is the second "Pan Tech" weather station I have had, and when installed and adjusted to your particular height above sea level for barometric pressure all is sweet!
But a note on the actual main PCB on the outside unit, it appears to have the quality that the country of origin is very well known for " Low Quality ".
The original unit lasted for just over 12 months before the outside temperature and light, transmissions failed, but for some strange reason the wind speed and direction was fine.
I now have a new spare LCD unit and a/c adapter that I didn't need, as the old parts were still good.
So to sum it up, you will get what you pay for, it may look pretty impressive but the electronics are a bit dubious.

A little work, but does the job
Requires small modification to fit Samsung i9500, the battery is to big to fit battery bay, needs filing the plastic on the cell a bit

To Small and needs refinement
Having tried out another type of feeder this one looked like the answer to all my previous problems, but I was soon to be disappointed.
Tried this feeder with medium size "Floaties" food, shaped as round pellets, and they jammed the bowl from rotating, tried 6 more times and the feed amount was from 3 pellets to 12 or so, most unreliable at best.
Also the manual included, left much to be desired, not describing that the feed time is in hours only, or how to actually set this up, one needs to be an expert in understanding "Jinglish".
This unit has now been modified to drive a home built attachment, using retic pipes, sprinkler bits and milk container, so all was not completely lost.
