Not even close to the description or application. Expensive and useless.
The light spectrum should have red and infrared. These are aquarium lights and are predominately blue and white. It has WiFi and that wasn't part of it, either. Supposed to have 3 fans...these have 2. I'm out almost $280 and over a week. The photo in the description above is what we wanted. The photos below show what we received.

Stays in place but not ideal
It's good that it covers the entire cap, but it interferes slightly with the cover's magnetic seating over the connector. I like it better than the previous device I had that had only a narrow band over the existing cover. I suppose that the slight interference is the tradeoff.

Replacement for my old JBL Solitaires
Nice design fits just below my monitor. I’m using them with a very good powered subwoofer, so I use the 3.5mm input and the Altecs handle the highs and mids well. I do like the fact that the Altecs are USB A powered, saving another wall wart.
