  This item is listed as an XS. I placed my order and in my order notes, I asked the seller to confirm that this item is indeed a XS since they included photos of Size S and M for this listing. They neither confirmed the size nor sent me the item. Instead, they cancelled my order without any explanation. I'm assuming it's because they no longer have the XS or because the item a size S or M. Communication about this order would have been great.

  Unfortunately, the ceramic lamp arrived damaged. The seller did use a lot of bubble wrap around the ceramic ark. However, where the neck and lamp pipe enter the roof of the ceramic ark, one side of the lamp was broken into about four pieces and many shards. When I wrapped it for return shipping, I added more padding. I did contact the seller. She apologized and has already issued my refund. I am mailing it back to her. I have to look on ebay to see if they provide a prepaid label or not.
