Scanpan Classic Deep Saute Pan 26cm

Good deep size to do stir fry

Very happy with the depth of the sauté pan in which I can stir fry a huge amount of vegetables without any of them dropping out on the cooktop while stirring. The well known non-stick property of Scanpan Classic is definitely good for searing marinated meat or steak. But I still prefer the previous material titanium over the new material stratanium of which Scanpan Classic cookware is now made.
