Perfect for me
i had a stroke and my left arm doesn't work. i use this to support my arm when i'm working. it keeps my shoulder in a good position and therefore not painful. i have two of them so wherever i work, i have it

disappointing
I don't know if it's because I'm used to wearing silicone ear plugs but these don't seem to fit wonderfully well and they don't seem to make any difference in minimising sound so i found them quite useless.

Definitely a great buy without any harm to our dog
we bought this after our mother in law bought one. our vet, who is my best friend, so he wasn't trying to sell me anything, told me that it wouldn't work without buying one which was fitted properly.
it works straight away without scaring him or making him anxious. we are yet to leave it on him and go out but we will try for a short amount of time and hope he doesn't manage somehow to take it off and destroy it. BUT it's definitely worth buying for any dog who barks a lot as ours does
