  The time from placing my order to receiving the item was 13 days. I considered difficult weather conditions, the seller's health, and USPS transportation times. The seller is trustworthy and communicates effectively. The item was accurately described, and I received a well-packaged church light-up that was in perfect condition.   eBay description said seller would ship within 3 days. I paid on Aug 19, 6 days later the seller had only provided a tracking number indicating shipper awaiting item. I messaged seller stating I need item by Aug 28, received no response. Next day messaged again asking for tracking number and received no response. Realizing it wasn't going to get here in time and hasn't been shipped I asked to cancel order. Seller refused and then shipped anyway. Terrible, unresponsive, unprofesional seller!!!!

  Not sure what happened here but item appears to not have shipped, ebay refunded me. Because I don't know what caused this, I am leaving neutral feedback. I probably will not order from this seller in the future, as having reached out to find out when the item was expected to ship, I received no reply

  Item never sent. After I contacted the seller asking either for the item be sent or a refund, there was an email sting the package had been sent. The tracking number was bogus. they have one more week, then I reporting them, but I am still leaving this as a warning.
