    Item received with packing bent and the item damaged. Contacted seller. Seller requested photos and said they 'would go from there.' I provided photos. No response from seller. 5 days later I reached out to inquire about status. Seller then asked me to 'scan' the item so they could assess the damage further. At this point I ended the pointless back and forth. Won't be dealing with this Seller again. Not a chance.

    What Buyer deemed as "pointless back and forth" - namely, the request for specific and detailed info (as what had been provided was insufficient) -- is what most sellers would deem as "necessary." Buyer also declined to mention our offer to accept a return to the item or receive a partial refund, the latter which would be based on the additional info requested. For whatever reason, he did not want to provide info or return, thus really leaving his claim dubious and motives suspicious.
