Cycling and biking are seemingly two different ways to ride
Biking is exercise with enjoyment, where cycling is for stamina and endurance, but either way no one likes a hard seat when riding or handlebars that only lean forward, at least that's how I perceive it......

Not what it claims to be ........
I put the piece together but the leg and knee support is not designed properly !!! Cannot lean back on the incline board , cause the gap between the ankles and back of the knee is to far apart ..... And over stretches the knee to the point of tearing the knee ..... Poor design or workmanship .....
