"Value Engineered" comes to mind...

Fills all the blanks, for the right price
This is a great light that pairs well with the high-cap batteries, pro's tip on the battery use, you get an appreciable level of light on "low" at the benefit of several times the battery life of high setting which is best used with AC or aforementioned hi-cap batteries.
