Best cheese cutter I have ever used

I was skeptical when I opened it and saw the blade: I need it for cutting cheese in our restaurant and it looked as though it would cut and get gummed up like a knife. I was wrong! This little bugger cuts through cheddar better than my old wire cutter and I don’t have to worry about replacing the wire all the time. Some people have questioned the construction quality and while the plastic board part may feel like a childs toy, the blade and cutting arm are quite substantial.
