good product
quality product, great for griping small parts. fits fingers well but option of a larger size would help (thumb tight).

The product was useless. cheeply made and of the lowest quality.
here is what I was told,"
You purchased a aftermarket gasket and that is the item you received. If you are not satisfied with the product and did not use it you would be responsible to ship it back for a refund."
They did pay return shipping and it was defective.
Do not waste your time or money on this junk.

love it but
This works great, love the app. but the setup was a pain. getting the thermostat to talk with my home network was a challenge, and be sure to have a 24 volt supply power to the unit.
