Batteries quickly

Bought these to replace defective battery, Had 1 good 1 bad, these ran for less than 2 minutes then about 8 seconds before tool quit. Had pole saw checked was ok charger is good battery runs and quits. Warranty shop said they have seen many ryobi battery problems and charger problems, charger tested good, battery will not carry a lode.
