I bought a Realme10. It arrived quickly after purchase, however when setting the phone up I realised that it did not have NFC. I contacted the seller and explained this and requested to return the item which they were happy to facilitate both my return and refund without hassle. I cannot recommend this seller, my last purchase was not available in the color I ordered, loads of agonsing messages back and fourth, since when is it my problem when the seller list a product that's not in stock in the color I ordered and then they still expect to make a profit on the sale, when they mucked up, it took 6 days before it got posted, smells like drop shipping from China, not happy at all. Terrible eBay experience.

Hi, sorry for the stock color issue and it's indeed our fault for not adjusting the quantity accordingly. As for the delivery, it was delivered within the advertised delivery time frame. Anyway, we will do better in future 👍
