A real feel-good book
1 of 1 found this helpful I loved this book simply because it was the right book for me to read at the right time. It just solidified what I already knew. It is a short and easy read. It made me feel as if I accomplished something by reading this. But honestly, if I knew nothing about real estate before reading this book I'd still know very little. It is not a guide on how to do it. It is merely a short and easy read that makes a person who already has his mind made up and has done his research feel happy he's doing it.
