Don't go for "value"
Charge for eleven hours and the red light never turns green. Batteries magically die a day after checking them and seeing they have over half their life left. This definitely wasn't a value.

Just what I needed
A little lopsided, but the screw-on wheels make it adjustable. Well worth the price.
