Toy was NOT broken, it was a plush toy. Buyer opened a case saying toy didn't bark, it was NOT advertised as a barking toy. Ebay refunded her out of their pocket as they said I was not at fault as it DID match description and photos. She got a free toy! AND left me negative feedback! SCAMMER
