  I was pleasantly surprised when I received my order. It was in a brand new, sealed box that was wrapped in its own plastic sleeve before it was placed in the plastic shipping envelope. The item arrived unmolested, looking as though I had grabbed it off the shelf at a retail store. I had purchased one few years back had a higher price so I thought it was a good value. I've yet to use it but if it works like the previous version it should be great. Thanks for exceeding expectation SBdirect1...

  I ordered a thermostat for my HVAC system, but upon arrival, I discovered it was incompatible with my unit. I contacted the seller to initiate a return, as the item is listed as returnable within 30 days acknowledging that I would need to cover the cost of the return label. Despite attempts to reach out via direct message and contacting eBay support, the seller has not responded. I'm now stuck with a $24.99 thermostat I can't use. With many reliable sellers on eBay, I recommend avoiding this one
