Good alarm clock radio but has shortcomings
2 of 2 found this helpful For myself the display is too small. The buttons, apart from the snooze button are all the same size and there are twelve of them. At night, when in the dark, unless you have an exceptional memory, it is impossible to remember what each button does. This may not be a problem for a lot of users but I always have to listen using ear buds and in the dark. A possible design solution (in case anyone from the manufacturer reads this) could be illuminated buttons in different colours, with symbols as to their use. I have purchased some self adhesive silicon rubber pads which I have cut to shape and attached to certain buttons (the one's I need most in the dark) to differentiate them from less used buttons.

Stylish laptop, poor sound, but fine for the price
I bought this based on price and features after reading reviews on other sites. Documentation is minimal to say the least, and could be off putting particularly to someone not pc savvy. The sound quality from the built in speakers is poor and the maximum volume very quiet, earphones are a must when using as a stand alone laptop. This was my first experience of using Windows 7 and as usual with Microsoft their help tells you everything other than what you want to know.

What you would expect from a Brother printer
I have been buying Brother printers for 12 years plus after HP changed their entry level mono laser printers to a stand up feed for the paper. They have always been reliable and have served us well in a continual use office environment.
