IF YOU OVERLOOKED THIS ONE, YOU MISSED OUT!
I found this game while browsing for good deals on DVDs. I read other reviews which stated this was a really enjoyable game that somehow had not caught the buyers' eye and had been left behind by RPGers. I am always looking for a good RPG game so I bought this one (really cheap.) I found it to be true: Arc the Lad had a wonderful, fully-fleshed out story which cover the gamit of emotions as well as prejudice, hatred, love, deceit, betrayal, trust, caring and acceptance. The characters, humans and Deimos (a mutant race), were deep and their dialogues, sensitivities and emmotionally twists and turns easily related to by the player. I am a hard-core RPGer, but when I started playing this game I could hardly put it down - wanting to know what would happen next or around the next corner. My grandson, a hard-core shooter/fighter video gamer, started watching me and now I have to take turns with him playing the game. He has never liked RPG games, but in his words, "This game is awesome! It has everything!" You can read about the characters and plot when and if you check it out to buy so I won't waste words on that here. I'll just say that the graphics and characters are very cool as are the monsters and mutants. The story line flows continually with no drags or lulls. It may be a little tame if you want your RPG games to be like "God Of War" all the time, but it's your loss. Just do yourself a favor and buy this one (cheap) before it catches on what a real find it is.

SKECHERS FOR REASONABLE MONEY
I always wear Skechers but they are usually so expensive. It was good to find nice slip ons that are comfortable in colors that go with my clothes especially under $40. I not only liked this pair but liked them enough to buy another Go Walk variety in a raspberry color.

A Winner All The Way Around - From Age 12 To 60!
I won't go into the high-tech stuff. It should suffice to know that Viva Pinata is an absolute blast from ages ranging from the very young to someone like me who got hooked watching youngsters playing. The graphics are wonderfully bright and colorful and the animal pinatas based on the real thing but with unsual characteristics (to say the least.) I can't get enough of this game and have four gardens working at this moment where I raise pinata animals in a range of habitats from muddy swamps to plush grasslands and forests. You will have fun dealing with each character's personality and quirks, breaking up quarrels, matchmaking to produce more pinatas and even tampering with genetics to make some even weirder ones. My favorites are the two and four-headed snakes. There are also "humans" to help you care for your garden and pinatas and you have the option to do with or without them. In fact, you have the option to do or not do whatever you wish in this game. My grandson and I are competitive with each of us trying to beat out the other accomplishing all 50 achievements and creating ALL the varities of pinatas first. This is a wonderful game for parents to also enjoy watching their children play. It is one in which you can get involved with your child even if you don't want to play. Some main characters that you will need to watch out for are the "Sour" critters that try to trash your garden and upset your "good" pinatas AND the dastardly duo that leaves poison candies all about to hurt your animals. You have the options of healing them or allowing them to go to "pinata heaven" (I guess,) but the jealous sour critters can be won over and changed for the better with time. Please do yourself a favor and buy this game. Better yet, rent it first and try it out. It would be my guess that when you go to take it back, your child will be one real unhappy camper! Thank you for reading and I hope this has been a help.
