Scammed!!!! AVOID THIS SELLER. I contacted the seller and asked if I could return the item at my own cost if they would refund me. They agreed, in writing in the eBay messaging system. I sent it back with Australia Post tracking. It was received on 23 December 2023 and I still have had no response and no refund provided. The product was over 5 years old, and the packaging was all damaged and not at all suitable for a Christmas gift. They now have my money and the product! Scammers!!

Hi, Unfortunately although it was received the warehouse did not process the return as the person who handles this was away. Your item was refunded shortly after, were definitely not scammers
