The piece I needed
I called Verizon while home insurance to fix our tv couple of last year. They sent us a replacement. I took basic electronics in 2005, so I knew what was possibly wrong with it. So I got this part put it

A steal for this price!! Worked great
almost perfect, did not have the crossbars so I had to rig the straps to go thru the door and the car. The straps weren't setup to do that but it worked going from Mesa, AZ to Kimberly, WI. Had no other problems. This was a steal for the price I paid for it. The last time I bought one was at walmart. It went for $79.99.
