  The item was inaccurately described which was very disappointing. I had to sort out the return postage online, followed by a 20 minute drive to the post office. I also had to wait for over 20 minutes to hand in the parcel to get the receipt proof. Another 20 minute drive home to send her photos of the parcel & receipt, to request a return postage refund. After all the inconvenience caused by the seller, she had the arrogance to argue that I had been fully refunded. A very unpleasant experience!
