Older Scope with a few desireable features.
I am going to rate this on the knowledge that it is a 45 year old piece of electronics gear in need of maintenance and repair in order to get it functioning to original specs. This particular scope is unique in a few areas. It has a rated max input of 5000 Volts Peak to Peak AC voltage ( using a X10 Low Capacity Probe) , or 1000 Volts AC/DC, with a direct input, and a volts/div range from 0.1V to 500V / DIV. It is designed to use as a single trace 0 to 8 Mhz ( at -3db) scope, BUT, it does have a "Vector B-Y" input setting to let you use it to measure phase shift in 2 different signals, or it can be used with a transistor curve tracer or "octopus curve tracer" for component troubleshooting (which is why I purchased it) It is also designed and can be used to do a "vector" alignment on a color TV.
Outside of needing to replace a major component like the CRT or power transformer or rotary switches, it is built with parts that are still available, and should provide a long service life once needed replacement of normally aging components is completed. A user / service manual for this was available online with schematic ( mostly complete).

Well Built Unit ( if found intact) with good adjustability
Well built unit in general. If it was not abused, the switches and knobs should function well. Components inside may have drifted in value due to age, but information on assembly is available online.
