  Purchased item on 5-15-21 which seller did not have.Seller said it my responsibility to get my $200 back from ebay, not theirs. I asked for a full refund five times. They refused. They said they would give a partial refund through PayPal & not directly through eBay violating EBay’s Rules & Policies multiple times.I reported seller to eBay &, after 11 days, for an item they didn’t have, received my refund. It is unfortunate but I believe these facts have earned this seller the feedback given.

  The item was sold on another site during the night and I discovered this new order in the morning before I could even cancel my item from my Ebay listing.So the item was not available any longer. I immediately informed the new buyer of the situation and told him to to contact Ebay. Ebay had sent me the money through Paypal but I could not use Ebay to refund an item that I had not sold ! I just waited for Ebay instructions and sent the refund immediately and did not violate any Ebay rules.
