Hardcore is pretty basic
Great book on basic exercises. Pictures were of great bodybuilders doing the exercises. The different workouts in the back made book worth the price

Vince was the trainer of the Hollywood Stars known to get results for us natural bodybuilders. Dedicated His whole life to bodybuilding. People today are taking His knowledge and claiming it as their own.
