Gorgeous Book, well written, beautiful illustrations.
Great book for any horse lover! However, be warned that even though this is a coloring book, it is for older kids and adults. The 4H recommendation is what pushed me over the edge to buy it, but my horse crazy 9 year old granddaughter isn't ready for this book, so I will save it for a couple of years before giving it to her. I am going to copy some of the pages and put them in a binder for her for now, but some of the more involved anatomy and physiology can wait until she is a couple of years older.
However, having said all this, it is a beautiful book, the anatomy and physiology is well written and drawn, gorgeous coloring plates, and very much well worth the price.
Just know that it is more geared to an 11 year old or older for the most part.
