I'm Good! I like it!
It takes a few brews to get the one you like. I'm talking about getting the grind and the pack just right. I just use a cheap grinder for 20 seconds. Do not over pack the portafilter. For one thing, you can't lock it in place. So, it won't let you in that way. But if you manage to super pack a "bowl", the machine doesn't like it. It runs much longer than it should which makes me nervous that I'm stressing the machine out. And you don't get that good of cup. If you use the measuring spoon that comes with the product and level it off, you'll be fine. If you get it right, you'll get a nice cup with cherry creme. Sorry, I don't use the frothier.
