Bad item sony ericsson

I brought the mobile phone off this company on ebay and nothing works on it won't allow me to use my mobile data or WiFi doesn't allow any data connection at all freezes all the time and once I went and Google the phone decided to reset itself and I lost all my numbers and stuff off my memory card in not happy about this and I hope nobody had this problem in the future first time I've never had a problem off a phone on ebay before its unreal
